For this list, recoil will be a major factor, not the scopes of marksman rifles. Because for scopes, the accuracy would be entirely based on the player, and not so much on the gun itself.


15. MPX Submachine Gun

The MPX may not be known as a devastating weapon that inflicts huge amounts of damage, but what it has is its very low weapon kick. And of course, the lower the recoil of the gun is, the more accurate it can be shot by the user. It even has the vertical grip available to it, and the vertical grip will make this weapon’s recoil almost non-existent. But seriously, due to the low stock recoil of this weapon, you won’t really need a vertical grip. You can just opt for the angled grip and benefit from being able to go into aim-down-sights (ADS) faster, while still enjoying the low recoil of the MPX.

This weapon is available for Valkyrie and Warden, and for Warden, it becomes even more accurate because of the availability of the 1.5x sights. Now I did say that the biggest factor when I chose the guns for this list is the gun’s recoil, but of course, it can’t be denied that the availability of good sights also helps a lot when it comes to shooting the weapon accurately. And the 1.5x scope is one of the most balanced sights out there, capable of providing the user with a clear visual of the enemy while not sacrificing a lot of peripheral view.

What The MPX Excels In:

  • A very versatile gun which deals a good amount of damage, has an average magazine capacity, and has a very good rate of fire.
  • Its recoil is very manageable, and that will allow the user to target his or her enemies with great accuracy
  • Has a pretty wide variety of attachments and both grips are available to it, so the user can really customize it according to his or her own playstyle.
  • It has an above average rate of fire which compensates a lot for its mediocre damage. That will also allow users to make quick work of their enemies, especially at close range.

14. LMG-E

Unlike the MPX above, this weapon is highly devastating and packs a lot of heavy firepower. This is Zofia’s unique weapon, and is one of the most oppressive light machine guns in the game. Of course, the primary reason why it’s such an oppressive weapon is because of its whopping 150 bullets per magazine. But what’s scary about it is that it’s also one of the most accurate. That is because this weapon has an inherently low stock recoil, as well as the availability of the 1.5x scope, 2.0x scope, and the 2.5x.

Aside from its low stock recoil and the availability of scopes that can provide higher levels of zoom, this weapon can also be equipped with a vertical grip, as well as barrel attachments that adds recoil benefit, like the flash hider, muzzle brake, and the compensator. With the flash hider, the user will be able to hold its recoil down much easier. And that’s perfect for the LMG-E's huge magazine capacity of 150 bullets. That means with the flash hider, you’ll be able to lay down suppressive fire on the enemy while not being bothered so much by the vertical weapon kick.

What The LMG-E Excels In:

  • High damage output per shot capable of making quick work of enemies with just a few shots
  • Very high magazine capacity allows the user to oppress the enemies with long barrage of shots

13. PARA-308 Assault Rifle

The image of the weapon above is from my personal screenshot, and as you can see, I use the extended barrel for this gun instead of the barrel attachments that provide recoil benefits. And that is because this gun’s default recoil is already very manageable, so even without the recoil benefits from attachments, the user would do very well in holding this gun’s weapon kick. In fact, you can even let go of its vertical grip in favor of the angled grip and the weapon would still be very manageable. I personally still use the vertical grip though to sort of balance things out.

Imagine if you’re also using a flash hider for its barrel, partnered with the vertical grip. This weapon would have a very low recoil, and will provide the user with pinpoint accuracy. It already does, even with the extended barrel. So, it’s definitely going to be more so, if the user opts for the flash hider or the compensator. It also has the 1.5x scope available to it which provides just enough zoom, especially for Capitao’s role, for you to be able to see your enemies well, while also not being so disadvantaged at close range.

What The Para-308 Excels In:

  • Its tight recoil diamond means it’s not prone to random horizontal recoil, making it a very stable weapon for long burst firing.
  • The wide variety of attachment options available to it allows the user to customize it according to his or her own playstyle
  • Inflicts heavy damage and stopping power per shot. This, accompanied by its average rate of fire, means that the player can easily take enemies down with just a few shots.

12. RG15 Handgun

The RG15 is the most accurate handgun in the game so it definitely deserves a place in this list. It’s also why people shouldn’t underestimate Ela and Melusi at long range, because this handgun fires accurate shots at long-range, and that is due to its integrated red dot sight, which the in-game description describes as the Romeo1 Reflex. This sight provides the user with pinpoint accuracy, and I still remember when Beaulo scored three consecutive headshots with this gun. 

Its accuracy is the reason why Ela users have this weapon at the ready when they’re expecting to strafe enemies from afar. That is because both her primary weapons aren’t really effective at long-range. When you’re used to this weapon and have practiced a lot, you’ll be able to score a lot of nasty one taps with it, which is great when you’re recording your game highlights. Its recoil is also very manageable, even if the user opts for a suppressor rather than the recoil-benefit providing muzzle brake.

What The RG15 Excels In:

  • Has a really good red dot sight that provides a clear view of the target and more accuracy because of its pinpoint targeting reticle.
  • Has a high magazine capacity which is not found in most handguns
  • has a very manageable recoil, which, along with its red dot sight, provides a lot of accuracy to the user.

11. T-95 LSW Light Machine Gun

This is one of the most powerful weapons in the game, in that it is a light machine gun, and yet it can be reloaded fast because of its detachable magazine. It’s very accurate as well, because it has a low stock recoil and you can attach it with scopes that provide 1.5x, 2.0x, and 2.5x zoom levels. And because its default recoil is really manageable, the user doesn’t really have to attach recoil-benefit providing attachments to it. That means he or she can opt for the speed bonus of the angled grip, or the stealth benefits of the suppressor.

However, if you do use a vertical grip on it, then it’ll really make sure that your shots will be fired with pinpoint accuracy, because it will be very easy for you to hold down the weapon’s recoil. And if you want more accuracy, you can even attach a flash hider, compensator, or a muzzle brake to it. Though I wouldn’t advise it, because the exclusive owner of this weapon, Ying, has a very specific role to play whenever she’s around, and that is to rob enemies of their visions, and proceed on killing them one by one. And because her candelas don’t have the ear-ringing effects of normal stun guns, the blinded enemies can still counter using sound cues, and that’s why it’s better to go with the suppressor.

What The T-95 LSW Excels In:

  • Has a huge magazine capacity making it ideal for long bursts and finishing off 3-armor operators
  • Its detachable magazine makes its reload speed a lot faster compared to most light machine guns
  • Its high damage and low recoil more than make up for its slow rate of fire drawback
  • Capable of taking down light armored operators in just three shots depending on the range

10. CAMRS Marksman Rifle

The CAMRS is such an underrated weapon, primarily because most Buck players opt for the C8-SFW instead of this, and while it is true that the C8-SFW, being an assault rifle, is much easier to use, players shouldn’t really sleep on the CAMRS either. That is because despite being a marksman rifle, the CAMRS is actually pretty devastating at close range, and I’m not talking about its damage. I’m talking about its tight hip fire spread, which is among the tightest when it comes to marksman rifles.

Because of its tight hip fire spread, especially when equipped with a laser sight, the user doesn’t really have to go into ADS stance anymore if the opponent appears at close range. That saves the user one second, and as all Siege players know, one second in the game, especially when engaging an enemy, is a long time. So that one second advantage you’ll have over your enemy will most likely mean a win for you in that encounter. Of course, for long range shooting, it's as accurate as any designated marksman rifles out there, especially with its 3.0x scope.

What The CAMRS Excels In:

  • It has a tight hip fire spread, especially when equipped with a laser, so the user wouldn’t really be at a disadvantage during sudden close range encounters.
  • Its vertical weapon kick is quite low compared to other marksman rifles, especially when a muzzle brake is attached to its barrel.
  • High damage output per shot, allowing the user to make quick work of enemies, regardless of range.

9. 9mm C1 Submachine Gun

Frost's unique weapon may not have any scope that can provide it with higher levels of zoom, but make no mistake, this is one of the most accurate guns in the game and is capable of providing the user with pinpoint accurate shots. And that is because its recoil is very manageable. Its slow rate of fire allows the user to hold it down well while it’s shooting its well-paced shots. And now that all 1.0x sights are available to it, the user can choose the 1.0x sights that he or she is most comfortable with, thus giving him or her better accuracy.

This weapon doesn’t have any recoil-benefit providing attachments available to it. But because of its very low recoil, it can be considered as one of the most accurate guns in the game. And despite its low rate of fire, which makes its recoil manageable anyway, this gun is one of the most powerful guns in the game because of its high damage, above average magazine capacity, and again, its very manageable recoil, which allows Frost to strafe her opponents with deadly accuracy, regardless of range.

What The 9mm C1 Excels In:

  • Above-average magazine capacity supplements its medium to long range capabilities. Meaning the user can shoot it in long bursts more.
  • Its high damage and high stopping power can make quick work of enemies despite its slow rate of fire
  • Its low recoil allows the user to strafe enemies at medium to long range with great accuracy
  • For close-range engagements, it has a stock angled grip which will help the user get into ADS stance quicker.

8. TCSG12 Shotgun

I always call the TCSG12 the sniper rifle of the Defender side, and that is because it’s basically used as a sniper rifle, even though it's classified as a shotgun. It’s a single-slug firing shotgun like the ACS12 and the BOSG.12.2, and unlike your typical shotguns, this one is capable of dealing headshots. So, the player can just forget the shotgun label, and just straight up think of this as a marksman rifle. And this one is one of the most accurate weapons in the game, because despite the lack of recoil-providing barrel attachments, its weapon kick is very manageable.

Players who excel at flick shots and play in a more dynamic way, however, can opt for the angled grip, so that they’ll be able to go into ADS stance quicker. That will make the weapon’s vertical kick stronger, but as long as the user paces his shots well, it should still offer stable shooting. It has a 2.0x scope available to it, which adds a lot to its accuracy, especially since its frame is quite thin, allowing the user to really see the enemies clearly.

What The TCSG12 Excels In:

  • High destruction profile per shot makes it capable of being a good utility tool for murder hole or rotation hole creation
  • Availability of the 2.0x scope makes it a great long-range weapon that is comparable to a real marksman rifle
  • High stopping power allows the user to take enemies down with just a few shots
  • Unlike the typical shotguns in the game, the TCSG12 is capable of headshots.

7. Mk 14 EBR Marksman Rifle

Now you may look at this weapon’s recoil pattern image and think that this weapon goes crazy with its recoil, but the truth is far from that. It actually has a very forgiving recoil, and as long as you pace your shots well, you’ll be able to hit your targets very accurately, even without the recoil benefits from a muzzle brake or flash hider. Case in point, I use the suppressor as its barrel attachment because I love it when I strafe at enemies and they don’t immediately realize where I’m shooting them from because the suppressor dampens the gunshot sound and removes the directional threat indicator of shots.

I use a vertical grip for it, however, so that I can balance things out. Imagine if a muzzle brake as well as the vertical grip is attached there, the recoil will be super easy to control, and that will provide the user with great accuracy. Not only that, for Dokkaebi, the great 3.0x scope is available and I love this scope because it provides one of the highest levels of zooms in the game, and its frame is quite thin, so it doesn’t take a lot of screen space. And that will allow the user to have a good visual of the enemies. And even for Aruni, the 1.5x scope is available, which is just perfect for her role as an anchor who has to mostly deal with her enemies at close to medium range.

What The Mk 14 EBR Excels In:

  • High damage and stopping power make it capable of taking down light armored operators with just a couple of shots and heavier armored operators with three.
  • Availability of the angled grip makes it viable for close quarters combat
  • Fast rate of fire and low range damage drop-off makes it perfect for medium to long range shooting

6. V308 Assault Rifle

Lion’s unique assault rifle is so high up in this list because it’s accurate as hell, and is truly one of the most overpowered guns in the game. It feels as light as any assault rifle in the game, in that it reloads fast and shoots fast. But what really sets it apart from most assault rifles in the game is its very low recoil and huge magazine capacity. It can fire up to 50 bullets before it needs to reload, making it perfect for laying down suppressive fire or simply overwhelming enemies with sheer firepower.

Its recoil is really the best thing about this gun because you can attach non-recoil providing attachments to it and it would still be pretty easy to handle. It’s not shown in the screenshot above, but I actually mostly use a suppressor for this gun, and I just balance things out with the vertical grip to make sure that I would still be able to easily hold it down. More daring players can attach an angled grip to it though and that will allow them to go into ADS stance quicker, and flick shots with this gun will be a lot easier to perform.

What The V308 Excels In:

  • Availability of a wide variety of attachments allows the user to customize it according to his or her own playstyle
  • Its inherently low recoil makes it okay for the user to opt for attachments that doesn’t provide recoil benefits
  • Its huge magazine capacity allows the user to apply continuous suppressive fire while inflicting heavy damage

5. CSRX 300 Marksman Rifle

Now this weapon is quite unique for this list because it’s here not really because of how easy it is to control its recoil, but for the accuracy that its scope brings. It is the only weapon in the game that can provide the user with 5.0x and 12x zoom. And the user can switch from 5.0x to 12x anytime that he wants. Now the recoil of this weapon isn’t exactly that strong, but its fire rate is really slow, so the main thing that aids the accuracy of the player for this gun is really its scope.

Even the 2.5x scope which is quite common for a lot of Attacker guns and the 4.0x scope of Glaz’s OTs-03 already provide a really good zoom of enemies from long range. Imagine what the 5.0x and 12x zoom can look like. These higher levels of zoom really help the player a lot when it comes to their accuracy because it allows the user to see the enemies better, and they would appear bigger on the user’s screen. Most of all, the higher the zoom level is, the easier the user will be able to tell an enemy apart from all the clutter in the map.

What The CSRX 300 Excels In:

  • Very destructive profile per shot means it's capable of puncturing large holes on unreinforced walls. Of course, it can also destroy hatches.
  • Each of its shots are so heavy that they can sway Clash’s shield, making it a great support for taking down Clash.
  • Capable of instantly killing light armored operators even with a torso shot, and it also only takes one shot to down medium and heavy operators at optimal range.
  • Variable 5x or 12x scope allows the user to clearly see their targets even at very long distances. The choice between 5x or 12x is also great for certain situations.

4. UMP45 Submachine Gun

When it comes to pinpoint accurate shooting, this gun is one of the first things that come mind. And that is because it has one of the lowest stock recoils in the game. As you can see from the image above, I use an extended barrel for it. That’s because you don’t need a recoil-providing barrel attachment for it to be controllable, so you might as well benefit from reducing its range damage drop-off. And that’s basically why this gun is so underrated. It is because it has a wide variety of attachments available to it, and you have a lot of freedom of choice because of its low recoil.

While I still use the vertical grip for its handle, just for some added recoil control and to make sure that I still maintain that laser accurate shooting, players could easily opt for the angled grip instead and a non-recoil benefit providing barrel attachment and the UMP45’s recoil would still be very easy to control. Add that to the fact that at least for Castle, he can use the 1.5x as the weapon’s scope, and that’s perfect for his role as an anchor, because he would mostly have to deal with enemies at close to medium range, and the 1.5x scope will provide a zoom level that is just right for that kind of range.

What The UMP45 Excels In:

  • Has a wide variety of great attachments so the user can customize the weapon according to his or her own playstyle
  • Because of its low stock recoil, the user can opt for attachments that provide damage and speed benefits instead.
  • Has the 1.5x scope available to it which is perfect for dealing with enemies at close to medium range

3. ACS12 Shotgun

This gun has one of the tightest recoil patterns that you’ll see in-game. And probably has the lowest recoil among all guns, considering that it’s fully automatic. This single-slug firing shotgun is capable of dealing headshots and is effective at strafing opponents even at long range. So, even though it's categorized as a shotgun, you can basically treat it as a fully automatic rifle. One that provides the user with pinpoint accuracy due to its very low stock recoil.

For its grip, the user has both the vertical and angled grips to choose from, and honestly it doesn’t matter much which one you choose because the recoil of this gun would remain low regardless. That’s why a lot of players choose the angled grip for it so that they can benefit from being able to go into ADS stance faster. I personally still prefer the vertical grip for it to make sure that I always get that pinpoint accuracy that this gun has to offer. As for its scope, it has the excellent 2.0x one which doesn’t only provide the user with a high level of zoom, but its thin frame and clear reticle view doesn’t eat up a lot of screen space, so it gives the player a really clear view of the surroundings and the enemies.

What The ACS12 Excels In:

  • High damage accompanied by its fully automatic firing system allows the user to take down enemies fast
  • Very tight and compact recoil allows the user to keep shooting it with great stability
  • Because it is drum fed, it can be reloaded quickly, which is great for close quarters combat.
  • High destruction profile per shot makes it capable of being used as a utility tool for creating murder holes, rotation holes, or destroying hatches.

2. 417 Marksman Rifle

The 417 designated marksman rifle is in such a high spot on this list, not just because of the qualities it possesses as a sniper rifle, but a quality it only has, and it has a lot to do with accuracy. That is its very tight hip fire spread, especially when the user attaches a laser sight to it. Sure, some guns also have a tight hip fire spread, but the 417 is unique in a sense that its hip fire spread doesn’t really change or widen, no matter how fast you shoot it. And that means when it comes to short range counters, you’ll have the upper hand, because you won’t really need to spend one second to go into ADS stance.

That makes the 417 unique among all the marksman rifles, in that it excels at long range just as any marksman rifles, but it also excels at close range encounters. As for medium to long range engagements, it has all the higher zoom-level providing scopes from the 1.5x one to the great 3.0x scope. This really allows the user to customize the gun more to his or her own playstyle or the expected situation. It also has the vertical grip as its default grip, making its recoil a lot lower and allows the user to shoot the gun with pinpoint accuracy.

What The 417 Excels In:

  • High destructive profile per shot making it capable of destroying hatches and creating murder holes with just a few shots
  • Tight hip fire spread makes it effective in close range as well, especially with the availability of the 1.5x scope.
  • High damage and stopping power allow the user to inflict fatalities with just a few shots of this designated marksman rifle
  • Its low recoil especially with a vertical grip and muzzle brake provides the user with great accuracy

1. OTs-03 Marksman Rifle

Glaz’s unique designated marksman rifle earns the top spot in this list of the most accurate weapons because out of all the guns in Siege, it’s the only one that has a thermal scope. And it’s really great that that thermal scope is on a sniper rifle. This allows Glaz to pick off opponents and tell them apart from all the clutter in the map easily, because the thermal scope highlights them in a bright yellow hue whenever they’re in the line of sight of the scope. 

Another great thing about the thermal scope of this weapon is that it provides 4.0x level of zoom. This allows Glaz to see his enemies very clearly and they would appear bigger on his screen. This thermal scope can also be flipped and a 1.0x sight will replace it immediately. This allows Glaz to deal with enemies at close range very effectively as well. And as you can see from the screenshot above, it does lack grip attachments, but fret not, because its recoil is very easy to control, even if you go with the suppressor rather than the recoil-benefit providing muzzle brake or flash hider.

What The OTs-03 Excels In:

  • High damage output and stopping power per shot allowing the user to take enemies down with just a few shots
  • Thermal scope allows the user to see through smoke and differentiate the enemy among all the clutter in the maps
  • Above average magazine capacity compared to most marksman rifles
  • High destruction profile per shot allows the user to destroy hatches and puncture holes on unreinforced walls with just a few shots
