15. 9mm C1
Frost’s unique weapon, and probably not one to come up in most players’ minds when asked about the most powerful weapons in the game, but in reality, it is. It inflicts high damage with low recoil and a very decent bullet capacity per magazine. Its only drawback really is its slow rate of fire, but its positive qualities more than make up for that. With its default angled grip, you can aim down sights fast, and even without recoil benefit attachments, it has an inherently low recoil, so you can freely go with the extended barrel to ensure inflicting high damage even at long distance, or opt with the stealth benefits of the suppressor. Either way you can’t go wrong with this weapon.
What makes the 9mm C1 awesome:
- High damage
- Huge magazine capacity
- Low recoil
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 45
- Fire rate - 575
- Capacity - 34
14. Mk 14 EBR
This marksman rifle is one of the reasons to choose Dokkaebi for attack and Aruni for defense. It’s one of the best marksman rifles in the game, providing high damage as marksman rifles do even with the suppressor, and an easy to control recoil even without the recoil benefits of a muzzle brake or flash hider. This is one of the marksman rifles in game that are also effective in close range, which makes it perfect for Dokkaebi and Aruni’s special gadgets and role.
What makes the Mk 14 EBR awesome:
- Heavy stopping power
- Very manageable recoil
- Wide variety of attachments
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 60
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 20
13. V308
Lion’s unique primary gun. I guess when they nerfed him, they forgot to nerf his gun too, because honestly, it’s pretty OP. It’s one of the assault rifles in game with a really huge bullet capacity at 50 per magazine, allowing Lion to return fire at his enemies for longer periods of time, and that mostly results in Lion winning the exchange. On top of that, its recoil is easy to control, especially with attachments that add recoil benefits such as the vertical grip, compensator, or the flash hider. It also inflicts heavy damage to Lion’s enemies.
What makes the V308 awesome:
- Wide variety of attachments
- Heavy damage
- Easy to manage recoil
- Huge magazine capacity
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 44
- Fire rate - 700
- Capacity - 50
12. SPSMG9
The SPSMG9 which is available to Kali and Clash is the most reliable machine pistol in the game wherein it provides easy to control recoil with decent damage. It allows Kali to quickly deal with her enemies at close range, and that’s why players really shouldn’t underestimate her in close quarter battles. It’s also the reason why players should still be wary of Clash even at medium to long range, because she can quickly switch to this, and inflict fatalities. Seriously, turning her back to her enemies and then quickly switching to the SPSMG9 tactic still works.
What makes the SPSMG9 awesome:
- High fire rate
- Decent damage
- Easy to control recoil
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 33
- Fire rate - 980
- Capacity - 20
11. Keratos .357
Available to Maestro, Alibi, and Wamai. One of the most powerful handguns in the game, as well as one of the most destructive. Its weakness is its low bullet capacity per magazine, but its high damage and relatively easy to control recoil makes up for that. It’s my favorite handgun to use especially when I’m using Wamai, because its destructive capabilities allow me to quickly make murder holes on wooden floors and unreinforced walls. It's also very effective when it comes to long range taps. And this handgun inflicts heavy damage even with a suppressor at 66, so you can strafe at your enemies with heavy damage and they’ll have to guess where you’re shooting them.
What makes the Keratos .357 awesome:
- Heavy stopping power
- Easy to control recoil
- Highly destructive
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 78
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 6
10. TCSG12
A shotgun that is primarily used as a marksman rifle. Making Kaid and Goyo basically the snipers on the Defender side. It features a very unique and badass design especially with a suppressor, which is its only available muzzle attachment. The player will have to choose whether to opt for the stealth benefits of the suppressor, or go with the no muzzle attachment approach completely, to avoid the damage reduction penalty. Seriously though, with this gun, I recommend using the suppressor because the benefits outweigh the damage penalty. This semi-automatic shotgun packs a big punch and it's quite easy to tame its recoil.
What makes the TCSG12 awesome:
- Heavy stopping power
- Highly destructive
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 63
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 10
9. FO-12
Ela’s popular unique shotgun. It’s honestly very hard to escape death once you fall victim to her Grzmot Mine and she’s closing in on you with this 12-gauge semi-automatic combat shotgun. Its drawback is that its recoil can be very hard to control, but it inflicts heavy damage per pellet even at close range, and that is because of the availability of the extended barrel as one of its attachments. Ela players would also enjoy its high fire rate and high magazine capacity.
What makes FO-12 awesome:
- Wide variety of attachments
- Fast fire rate
- High stopping power
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 25
- Fire rate - Single shot
- Capacity - 10
8. 416-C Carbine
Jager’s unique assault rifle, and one of the biggest reasons why Jager remains as a player-favorite. They may have nerfed it by removing its acog, but it’s still one of the deadliest assault rifles in the game, because of its high rate of fire and damage. Its drawback is its rough recoil, but because it has a wide variety of attachments available, the player can lower the recoil down to easily controllable levels. And if the player has a very good recoil control on his own, he can go for the extended barrel instead so that his Jager would inflict high damage even at long range.
What makes the 416-C Carbine awesome:
- Wide variety of attachments
- Fast rate of fire
- Good damage
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 38
- Fire rate - 740
- Capacity - 25
7. UMP45
Castle and Pulse’s unique submachine gun, and is one of the most underrated guns in the game. Its weakness is its relatively slow rate of fire, which honestly, at 600 is not that slow. The UMP45 allows the player to enjoy very low recoil even without the use of attachments that provide recoil benefits. For example, it’ll still be very easy to control even with an angled grip. But seriously, with the recent nerf on the angled grip, you’re better off with the vertical grip and enjoy pin point accuracy with this gun. I also recommend using the extended barrel so that you’ll be sure to inflict heavy damage even at long range.
What makes UMP45 awesome:
- Very low recoil
- Wide variety of attachments
- Good damage
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 38
- Fire rate - 600
- Capacity - 25
6. UZK50GI
R6’s newest gun. It came out with Thorn during Operation High Calibre, which is one of the most recent seasons in the game. It is based on the Uzi, and this one fires .50 calibre rounds. Probably where the season got its name from. While obviously not realistic, it’s one of the most powerful submachine guns in the game, inflicting heavy damage per bullet with low recoil and a very decent fire rate. Its only drawback is its low magazine capacity. What’s great is that it has a wide variety of attachments available to it, especially in the muzzle department. Allowing the player to customize it according to his own game style.
What makes UZK50GI awesome:
- Heavy stopping power
- Easy to control recoil
- Highly destructive
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 44
- Fire rate - 700
- Capacity - 22
5. M870
Available to Jager, Bandit, and Thorn. This 12-gauge pump action shotgun is a favorite by many players. A lot of them choose this shotgun over assault rifles or submachine guns. It’s the most powerful pump action shotgun in the game featuring very high damage even at medium range with low damage drop off, fast rate of fire, and easy to control recoil. A hit from the M870 at close range is almost a guaranteed fatality, or at least a down. It’s one of the reasons why many players love the GSG9 Defenders, and now Thorn.
What makes the M870 awesome:
- Heavy stopping power
- Fast fire rate
- Heavy damage per pellet
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 60
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 7
4. Luison
Caveira’s unique handgun, and practically her special gadget, which complements her special abilities to silence her footsteps and interrogate downed attackers. This handgun, despite its heavy damage, is programmed to down an enemy first rather than to straight up kill. That is for Cav to be able to perform her interrogation skill on a downed enemy. With damage rivaling that of many marksman rifles, it is one of the most feared guns in Siege. On top of that, its gunshots are very quiet, and it has a big magazine capacity.
What makes the Luison awesome:
- Works in conjunction with Caveira’s interrogation skill
- High stopping power
- Low recoil
- Very silent gunshots
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 65
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 12
3. OTs-03
Glaz’s unique marksman rifle, and as a Glaz main, this gun holds a special place in my heart. I mean, just look at that suppressor, what a thing of beauty. This marksman rifle’s main feature of course is its thermal sight, which allows Glaz to see Defenders in a yellow hue, quickly setting them apart from their surrounding area. This allows Glaz players to shoot at enemies with better reaction time and more accuracy. The OTs-03, even with a suppressor still does heavy damage at 60 and very controllable recoil. But if the player chooses the muzzle brake, it’ll make this gun’s recoil much more compact, and of course inflict heavier damage. Its in-game description also says that it has a small magazine, but I disagree. With 15 bullets per magazine, it actually has a very decent magazine capacity.
What makes the OTs-03 awesome:
- Thermal sight
- Decent magazine capacity
- Low recoil
- High damage
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 71
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 15
2. CSRX 300
Boasting the highest damage in R6. This unique marksman rifle for Kali will either kill or down an enemy per shot. In most cases at least. I’ve encountered some scenarios where a hit with the CSRX 300 only dealt heavy damage, but not a death or down-but-not-out (dbno) status. That’s rare though. So, if you’re a defender and you know there’s a Kali outside, you’d better be very careful of peeking out the window. Its weakness is its low magazine capacity and slow recoil, which is an understandable drawback for such a powerful gun like this. But make no mistake, this gun is one of the most dangerous in Siege, and is only one of the few guns that is capable of neutralizing an enemy from any range. That is why it’s so high on the list.
What makes the CSRX 300 awesome:
- Very high damage
- Under barrel gadget capable of destroying gadgets behind walls
- Very destructive – punches big holes on unreinforced walls
Weapon stats:
- Damage - 127
- Fire rate – Single shot
- Capacity - 5
1. ASC12
This 12-gauge fully automatic drum-fed shotgun that is unique to Maestro, Alibi, and Azami is the best long-range shotgun in the game, period. They say that its weakness is its slow fire rate, but that is only within the context that it's fully automatic. You can basically use it for single-shot firing, and inflicts more damage than even the TCSG12 which is also a long-range shotgun. On top of that, the ASC12 has a very low recoil allowing the user to hit enemies with pinpoint accuracy, and with 30 bullets per magazine, its capacity is very high as shotguns go. This is easily the best defender gun in the game.
What makes the ASC12 awesome:
- Heavy damage
- Very low recoil
- Huge magazine capacity
- Availability of the 2.0x scope
Weapon stats:
- Damage – 69
- Fire rate – 300
- Capacity - 30
