[Top 5] Rainbow 6 Siege Best Ash Loadouts That Are Excellent

Top 5 Best Ash Loadouts in R6 Siege
The best loadouts for players to effectively use one of the best entry-fraggers in Rainbow Six Siege

Operator Ash has suffered a number of nerfs throughout the years but remains popular with players. That’s because her special gadgets, the Breaching Rounds, are very useful to the whole attacking team and are very straight-forward to use. On top of that, Ash’s gameplay is high-octane and if the player knows what she's doing, there's going to be a lot of aggressive plays that are highlights-worthy. Ash’s weapons don't have the scope 2.5x anymore, but they’re still very powerful and can take enemies out quickly with their high rate of fire and damage, combined with her other choices for her secondary weapon and gadget.

5. G36C with Red Dot A, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip + M45 Meusoc with Suppressor + Claymore

This loadout setup offers the best recoil control possible for Ash’s G36C assault rifle. That’s because both the flash hider and the vertical grip are present as two of the weapon’s attachments, and both of them specialize in lowering the weapon's vertical recoil. That’s great for Ash’s G36C because it doesn't have a strong horizontal recoil, so the user only really has to worry about holding down its vertical kick. And with the flash hider and the vertical grip working hand in hand to lower the G36C’s vertical recoil, the player will have an easy time handling it.

One of the biggest reasons why a lot of Ash players prefer the G36C assault rifle over the R4-C is because the scope 1.5x is available to it. The scope 1.5x will provide the perfect zoom level for Ash because generally, she would be engaging enemies at close to medium range. And for those distances, the scope 1.5x is just perfect because it will provide Ash with a good amount of zoom while also not sacrificing a lot of peripheral view. The claymores are great for countering roamers and flankers, so Ash can just play her role and be aggressive without worrying too much about enemies getting her from behind.

Excels in:

  • Providing the user with the best recoil control possible with the G36C assault rifle through the use of both the flash hider and vertical grip attachments
  • Lessening the visual cues that enemies could react to when determining where you’re shooting from because the flash hider will remove the G36C’s muzzle flash
  • Providing the user with a good amount of zoom through the scope 1.5x while also not sacrificing a lot of peripheral view
  • Being able to shoot defender gadgets like cameras with much less chances of alerting enemies through the use of the suppressed M45 Meusoc handgun
  • Countering roamers or flankers with the use of the two claymores in your arsenal

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - G36C with Red Dot A, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - M45 Meusoc with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Claymore

4. R4-C with Red Dot A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + M45 Meusoc with Suppressor + Breach Charge

This loadout setup maximizes the damage output and potential of the R4-C assault rifle with the use of the extended barrel attachment, which greatly reduces the weapon’s range damage drop-off. So with this loadout setup, Ash would be inflicting heavy damage to her enemies regardless of range. The only drawback to this is that the extended barrel doesn't add any recoil control benefit to the R4-C assault rifle and its long barrel could be spotted first by enemies when Ash is slowly peeking around corners. However, those drawbacks can easily be mitigated.

The first drawback - not having any recoil control benefit from the extended barrel, can easily be mitigated by just sticking to short burst firing, which the game prefers nowaday anyway. Besides, the R4-C’s recoil is not that strong, so you could empty a clip with it with this loadout setup without losing control of the weapon. As for the drawback of its long barrel being spotted first by enemies when Ash is peeking around corners, all the player has to do is to rely on quick peeks instead of slow ones. And for the secondary weapon in this loadout, suppressing the M45 Meusoc is important so that the user can shoot defender gadgets without giving away her position.

Excels in:

  • Maximizing the damage output and potential of the R4-C assault rifle through the extended barrel which would greatly reduce its range damage drop-off
  • Maintaining a good amount of recoil control on the R4-C assault rifle through the use of the vertical grip
  • Being able to shoot defender gadgets like CCTV cameras without giving away your position through the use of the suppressed M45 Meusoc handgun
  • Having another way to perform soft breaching with the use of the breach charges
  • Being able to perform vertical plays by destroying portions of the wooden floor above objective spots with the breach charges

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - R4-C with Red Dot A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - M45 Meusoc with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Breach Charge

3. R4-C with Red Dot A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + M45 Meusoc with Muzzle Brake and Laser + Claymore

This is the best loadout setup for the R4-C assault rifle because as mentioned above, despite not having a barrel attachment that adds recoil control benefits, as long as it has the vertical grip, its recoil will remain manageable. And with the suppressor as its barrel attachment, Ash will be able to shoot her enemies without them receiving a directional threat indicator of where her shots are coming from. That could lead them to react much longer than normal, because they wouldn’t immediately know where you are.

The suppressor will also hide the R4-C’s muzzle flash, further reducing the amount of visual cues that your opponents could react to when it comes to pinpointing where you are. And of course, it will also silence the R4-C’s gunshot sound, so it will be harder for enemies to determine your location through that particular sound cue. As for the secondary weapon in this loadout setup, it’s better to equip the M45 Meusoc with a muzzle brake for lowering its recoil and a laser for tightening its hip fire since the R4-C already has a suppressor and can be used to shoot defender gadgets with much less chance of alerting the enemies.

Excels in:

  • Shooting enemies with the R4-C assault rifle without them receiving a directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from
  • Removal of the R4-C assault rifle’s muzzle flash will lessen the visual cues that enemies could react to when trying to find your location
  • Dampening the R4-C’s gunshot sound will make it harder for enemies to pinpoint your location through that particular sound cue
  • Having a really good recoil control on the M45 Meusoc due to the muzzle brake barrel attachment
  • Having a tight hip fire on the M45 Meusoc handgun due to the laser attachment
  • Countering enemy roamers and flankers through the use of the two claymores in your arsenal

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - R4-C with Red Dot A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - M45 Meusoc with Muzzle Brake and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Claymore

2. G36C with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + M45 Meusoc with Suppressor + Breach Charge

This loadout setup is for players who prefer the G36C over the R4-C and want to maximize its damage potential and output by attaching an extended barrel to it and reducing its range damage drop-off. With this loadout, Ash can be sure to inflict heavy damage on opponents at any range. That’s great for an entry-fragger like her whose role involves her playing aggressively most of the time, so it’s in her best interest to be able to take down enemies as fast as she can so he can move on to engaging another. And for that, this loadout setup is perfect since it provides the best damage possible with the G36C assault rifle.

The suppreed M45 Meusoc will provide Ash with the ability to shoot enemy gadgets like CCTV cameras silently since the G36C’s gunshots won’t be suppressed in this loadout setup. This is a great ability to have so that you can sneak behind enemy lines and surprise them. The breach charges as Ash’s generic gadget would give her a lot of versatility, especially when the objective spot is on a lower floor. That’s because with the breach charges, Ash can keep destroying portions of the wooden floor above the objective spot and expose the enemies below. They can also be used as an alternative gadget for soft entry so that Ash’s Breaching Rounds can be used for other purposes like destroying bulletproof defender gadgets.

Excels in:

  • Maximizing the damage output and potential of the G36C assault rifle by reducing its range damage drop-off with the extended barrel
  • Maintaining a good amount of recoil control on the G36C assault rifle with the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Providing a good amount of zoom with the use of the scope 1.5x without sacrificing a lot of peripheral view
  • Being able to shoot enemy gadgets such as CCTV cameras with much less chance of them being alerted because of the suppressor on the M45 Meusoc
  • Being able to perform a vertical play by destroying portions of the wooden floor above the objective spot with the use of the breach charges
  • Having an alternative gadget for soft entry in the breach charges so that Ash’s Breaching Rounds can be used for other purposes

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - G36C with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - M45 Meusoc with Suppressor
  • Generic gadget - Breach Charge

1. G36C with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + M45 Meusoc with Muzzle Brake and Laser + Claymore

This is the best loadout for Ash players because the G36C is overall just a better weapon than the R4-C. That’s because the damage difference between the R4-C and the G36C is very negligible, and the R4-C’s faster rate of fire can be felt, but it's not really that big of a difference either. Compared to that, the G36C has a better recoil and the scope 1.5x is available to it. With the scope 1.5x, the user will be able to see enemies really well with its zoom level without really being at a disadvantage when it comes to side view. The zoom level of the scope 1.5x is just perfect for the distance where Ash usually engages her enemies which is at close to medium range.

And for the G36C assault rifle, the best barrel attachment would be the suppressor. That’s because it will provide the user with the ability to shoot enemies without them receiving a directional threat indicator of where the shots are coming from, hide the G36C’s muzzle flash, and of course, silence its gunshots. All three of those great stealth benefits will make it harder for enemies to know your location, therefore, they will be less effective in countering you. And even without any additional recoil control benefit from the suppressor, the user won’t be negatively affected that much because the G36C has a very manageable recoil even with just the vertical grip holding it down.

Excels in:

  • Availability of the scope 1.5x on the G36C assault rifle will allow the user to see enemies very well despite maintaining a wide peripheral view
  • Being able to shoot enemies without them receiving a directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from
  • Maintaining a good amount of recoil control on the G36C assault rifle due to the vertical grip attachment
  • Lessening the amount of visual cues your enemies could react to by hiding the G36C’s muzzle flash
  • Lessening the sound cues your enemies could use to determine your location by silencing the G36C’s gunshots
  • Having a really good recoil control on the M45 Meusoc because of the muzzle brake attachment
  • Having a tight hip fire on the M45 Meusoc handgun because of the laser attachment
  • Countering enemy roamers and flankers through the use of the two claymores in your arsenal

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - G36C with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - M45 Meusoc with Muzzle Brake and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Claymore
