Mother Base has been attacked. Big Boss and Kazuhira Miller have escaped safely. You are asked to stay behind and investigate the wormhole that has appeared. What you find on the other side is like something out of a nightmare. Soldiers reported missing from Mother Base before the attack have become Wanderers. Find out what is happening in this alternate universe, save the soldiers that can still be saved, and fight off hunger and thirst in addition to the zombie-like Wanderers. Will you be able to survive and close the wormhole to ensure the safety of your universe?
