[Top 10] Marvel Snap Best Kim Jacinto Variants That Look Awesome
Kim Jacinto is a very talented artist and illustrator and he has illustrated quite a few comics for Marvel. His art is very dynamic and stylized. I love the way he designs characters because they look amazing in Marvel Snap. As you upgrade your cards, they’re going to pop out more and more and the special effects on the cards are usually the most prominent part of the card. Kim Jacinto has amazing effects on each of his variants, which we’re going to take a look at now.
10.Silver Surfer
The Silver Surfer is a humanoid alien with metallic skin who can travel through space with the aid of his surfboard-like craft. Originally a young astronomer named Norrin Radd on the planet Zenn-La, he saved his homeworld from the planet devourer, Galactus, by serving as his herald. This variant was released as part of the Silver Surfer Season Pass. I really love the contrast between the vibrant green background and the pale Silver Surfer. He looks angry and I just really have to appreciate the solid black shading which really looks great on a character like Silver Surfer that doesn’t have many colors.
9.Electro
Max Dillon was a lineman for an electric company who turned to a life of crime after being struck by lightning while working on a power line and becoming a living electric capacitor. What I like most about this variant is the dynamic pose Electro is drawn in and the amazing menacing grin. This variant looks really amazing once you upgrade it and see all the effects and Electro pop out even more.
8.Spectrum
Monica Rambeau is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Initially known as Captain Marvel, the character became a leader of the Avengers. She later used the codenames Photon, Pulsar, and, beginning in 2013, Spectrum. Spectrum is one of the lesser known characters that appear in Marvel Snap. I just love how this variant makes her stand out and gives her character a completely different feel. Yellow energy that can be seen around her really makes the artwork pop and gives it a more dynamic vibe.
7.Nimrod
In the alternate future, Days of Future Past, Sentinels controlled North America and the original Nimrod was built as an extremely advanced prototype. During a mission to sabotage Project Nimrod, Rachel Summers and Kate Pryde were discovered by the newly activated Nimrod Sentinel. Rachel Summers was transported to the past, but the activated Nimrod killed Kate Pryde. I just love Nimrod’s pose and the pulsating energy beams that are coming out of his hand. He’s an elite sentinel, and here we see him using his power to destroy a large chunk of rocks. I like how there’s a lot of purple in this variant, since it’s a nice color and it goes extremely well with Nimrod.
6.Ghost Rider
A motorcycle stunt driver turned spirit of vengeance after a fateful deal with the demon lord Mephisto, Ghost Rider defies his benefactor and rides his blazing motorcycle, dispensing vengeance to the souls of all those who would do the world harm. The design of Ghost Rider in this variant is amazing. He looks so cool and hellish and the fierceness of the character is clearly apparent at the first look. I love how Ghost Rider’s skull is slightly deformed and follows the flames. I also really like the look of his signature weapon - chain as he twirls it around in the background of the variant.
5.Ultron
Ultron-1 was constructed by Dr. Hank Pym of the Avengers as the famed scientist/adventurer was experimenting in high-intelligence robotics. Ultron became sentient and rebelled, hypnotizing Pym and brainwashing him into forgetting that Ultron had ever existed. I love how powerful Ultron looks in this variant. His pose screams with his ego and power. I really love the special effects that are twirling around Ultron, it gives the variant another layer of coolness and it makes the entire artwork more vibrant and interesting.
4.Sentry
Empowered by the enigmatic Professor's secret formula, high school student Robert Reynolds becomes a superhuman. After trouncing the school bully who had tormented him, Reynolds sews together a costume and makes his debut as the heroic Sentry. Sentry is one of the most powerful Marvel characters of all time. It’s great to see how Kim Jacinto gave him a fierce and powerful facial expression as Sentry’s destroying something around him. The yellow lightning looks amazing and makes the variant look complete.
3.Knull
Knull is an eldritch god of darkness and the creator of the symbiotes. Born from the primordial void that existed between the sixth and seventh cosmos, Knull claims dominion over the void and to be its avatar, but while he is a God of the Void he is not the primordial darkness itself. This is exactly what you’d imagine when someone says God of the Void. I love Knull’s sinister smile and the amazing effects that are coming out of the orb that Knull is creating. He looks veiny and sinister and as one of the more evil characters in the Marvel universe, this variant is a great fit.
2.Apocalypse
The being who would later be called Apocalypse was born thousands of years ago in Aqaba. He was born with the mutant X-gene. Because of his gray skin and blue lips, his people abandoned him as an infant. He was rescued by Baal of the Sandstormers who saw the child's potential power and will to survive. This variant was part of a bundle that featured this variant and loads of currency. It’s not available for purchase anymore, but we still have to appreciate its beauty. Apocalypse seems to be in the middle of conquering, and the yellow effects coming out of his eyes are just amazing and so pretty to look at once you upgrade the variant.
1.Darkhawk
Chris Powell was a normal New York City teenager until he found the Darkhawk amulet in an old abandoned amusement park. With the amulet he could transfer his consciousness into a shadowy avian android named Darkhawk. Chris learned to control the powers provided him by the android body. This in my humble opinion is the best Kim Jacinto variant that’s currently in the game. I love his confident pose and the amazing purple effects that are crackling out of his body. I really like his design and the way he is colored and shaded makes him look even cooler!
