It’s near the Del Perro pier, and you can have half your businesses within a mile’s radius, so you won’t need a lot of leg work to get to your nightclub and office (if purchased near the apartment, of course). From a new player’s perspective, it’s the cheapest luxury apartment you can buy.

The most expensive apartment you can own in GTA Online is the Diamond Casino Penthouse. This is where you can tell who’s rich and who’s filthy rich.

Located in the Diamond Casino, you get to purchase and build your own penthouse there. You have to pay a base price of $1,500,000 and then add rooms and different accommodations for an additional fee.

Buying the penthouse also unlocks Ms. Baker as a contact, and you get to play her missions.
