With Elden Ring having more builds than any other FromSoft game, this list will help you to find that holy build you're looking for, with 5 of the best holy builds you will have a great time in this masterpiece of a game, called Elden Ring. Sadly most late-game bosses have high holy resistance, but you will still be able to deal some great damage to them. Elden Ring also has some great incantations that will really help with later boss fights, so this list is for all the holiest of faith players out there, who want some great builds.

5. Tree Sentinel Build

No one is holier than the Tree Sentinels, well maybe Corhyn.

This Tree Sentinel build is amazing as it has one of the best shields, and one of the best weapons, the Golden Halberd has a great ash of war, the Golden Vow. This build also comes with one amazing-looking armor set and a few incantations as well.

What the Tree Sentinel build excels in:

• Tanking damage with the shield.
• Dealing good damage with the weapon as well as B strength scaling.
• High stamina to be able to carry and wear all the pieces for the build.
• Good for PVP.

Build details:

• Use the Golden Halberd as your main weapon, and the Erdtree Greatshield as your shield of choice, use the Erdtree Seal to be able to use incantations.
• For armor, wear the Tree Sentinel set.
• As it goes for talismans, use Radagon’s Soreseal for a few early levels, and replace it later with Erdtrees Favor + 2 which will increase HP by 4%, increases stamina by 9.6%, and equip load by 8%.
• Use the Great-Jars Arsenal to increase equip load, but trade it out later when you have enough stamina for the Green Turtle to increase stamina recovery rate.
• For the last talisman, I recommend the Faithful’s Canvas Talisman to increase the potency of incantations, or the Sacred Scorpion Charm to increase holy damage. 
• For incantations use Erdtree Heal to heal yourself and your allies.
• Also, use Flame Grant Me Strength with the Golden Halberds Golden Vow to buff your character.
• I would also recommend the Law of Regression as it will dispel most ailments, it also nullifies most spells or incantations that are already active.
• Even if this incantation isn’t very Tree Sentinel-like, it is still good to use the Rotten Breath Incantation as it can deal continuous damage to bosses when they are rotted.
• In the Flask of Wondrous Physick, use the Faith- and Strength-Knot Crystal Tear.

4. Marika’s Hammer Incantation Build

Marika’s Hammer is one of the best Holy weapons.

Marika’s Hammer is one amazing weapon and is one of the best faith weapons. The hammer can have B strength scaling at +10 with the added benefit of C scaling in Faith. With a few incantations and great talismans, this build will be able to destroy bosses and other players.

What the Marika’s Hammer Build excels in:

• Good damage with a great weapon art 
• Great for crowd control.
• Great weapon art damage.

Build details:

• Equip Marika’s Hammer as your main weapon. Add the Erdtree Seal or the Dragon Communion Seal to use incantations. 
• For armor, you can use what you prefer, but the Ruler’s Mask can increase faith by 2 and the Cloth Garb can increase faith by 1 if you need a few extra faith levels.
• For talismans, use the Shard of Alexander to increase the damage of weapon arts. 
• Equip the Sacred Scorpion Charm to increase holy damage 
• The Erdtrees Favour +2 to increase HP by +4%, stamina by +9.6% and +8% to equip load.
• Equip the Rotten Winged Sword Insignia because it greatly increases attack power from successive attacks
• In the Wondrous Physick use the Faith-Knot Crystal Tear and the Strength-Knot Crystal Tear.
• Use the Rotten Breath Incantation as it can deal continuous damage to bosses when they are rotted.
• You can use Golden Vow before a fight to buff your character, you can also use the Flame Grant Me Strength spell to also buff your character. 
• Use Erdtree Heal to heal yourself and your allies.
• You can use Radagon’s Rings of Light to have an incantation that can also deal damage.
• For the last incantation, I would recommend the Law of Regression as it will dispel most ailments, it also nullifies most spells or incantations that are already active.

3. Golden Order Greatsword Build

The Misbegotten Crusader was lucky to wield this weapon.

The Golden Order Greatsword is an amazing weapon with amazing damage and a great weapon art, the weapon primarily scales with faith and has B scaling at +10. The weapon pairs well with a lot of talismans and the Faith-Knot Crystal Tear.

What the Golden Order Greatsword build excels in:

• Has great scaling.
• Can deal massive damage.
• Is good for PvP.
• The weapon art is great and has a good range.
• Can go through enemies.
• Has hyper armor when doing the weapon skill.

Build details:

• Use the Golden Order Greatsword and the Golden Order Seal, as this is basically all about the Golden Order.
• For armor use the Confessor as they were the assassins of the church.
• Using Golden Vow which gives 15% more damage, and reduces damage taken by 10 %, will make the weapons deal amazing damage.
• The Shard of Alexander is a must as it increases weapon skill damage by 15%.
• Sacred Scorpion Charm to increase holy damage.
• Radagons Soreseal can be used early on for those extra levels but later on, it should be replaced with Erdtrees Favor +2 to increase HP by +4%, stamina by +9.6%, and +8% to equip load.
• I recommend the Green Turtle talisman or the Dragoncrest Greatshield talisman for your last talisman.
• Use the Faith-Knot Crystal Tear in the Wondrous Physick to increase your holy damage and the Cerulean Hidden Tear to eliminate all FP consumption.
• For incantations, use Triple Rings of Light.
• Radagon’s Rings of Light.
• Discus of Light.
• Litany of Proper Death.
• And Law of Causality as your offensive incantations.
• Use the Law of Regression as it will dispel most ailments, it also nullifies most spells or incantations that are already active.

2. Elden Beast Build

Elden Beast is one tough fight.

The Elden Beast build is one great build, with an amazing weapon, and a few good incantations, this build will be able to deal massive damage and easily farm runes in Mohgwyn Palace. The Sacred Relic Sword has up to B scaling in dex and C scaling in faith, making it a great weapon for both physical and holy damage.

What the Elden Beast Build excels in:

• High damage.
• Close range and ranged attacks.
• Great weapon art, ideal for farming enemies.
• Great for crowd control.

Build details:

• Use the Sacred Relic Sword as your main weapon, and the Erdtree Seal as your seal of choice.
• For armor, you can use your preferred set, but the Ruler’s Mask can increase faith by 2 and the Cloth Garb can increase faith by 1, if you need a few extra faith levels.
• As it goes for talismans use the Shard of Alexander as it increases the potency of weapon arts.
• Use the Sacred Scorpion Charm to increase holy damage.
• The Erdtrees Favor +2 to increase HP by +4%, stamina by +9.6% and +8% to equip load.
• And lastly use the Carian Filigreed Crest to lower the amount of FP consumed by weapon arts.
• For incantations use the Elden Stars incantation, obviously as it was Elden Beast’s incantation.
• Use the Erdtree Heal to heal yourself and your allies.
• You can use Golden Vow before a fight to buff your character, you can also use the Flame Grant Me Strength spell to also buff your character. 
• You can also use Wrath of Gold to knock back enemies.
• In the Flask of Wondrous Physic, use the Faith-Knot Crystal Tear to increase holy damage as well as the Cerulean Hidden Tear to remove all FP consumption for a time.

1. Black Blade Build

Maliketh is one of the best bosses.

Maliketh has one of the best swords in the game, with it primarily scaling with strength and faith, it can have up to B scaling at +10 in both. The weapon pairs well with some incantations and talismans and can deal % damage with its weapon art. The benefit of having high faith is the bonus of a few great incantations.

What the Black Blade Build excels in:

• The weapon has an amazing weapon art.
• The build has some great incantations to use.
• The weapon deals great damage.
• Paired with Black Knife Tiche no boss will be able to stand in your way.

Build details:

• Use Maliketh’s Black Blade as your main weapon and also use the Clawmark Seal as you get it from Gurranq, and it buffs all bestial incantations by 10%. 
• Using Golden Vow which gives 15% more damage, and reduces damage taken by 10 %, will make the weapons deal amazing damage.
• Use the Faith-Knot Crystal Tear in the Wondrous Physick to increase your faith and the Cerulean Hidden Tear to eliminate all FP consumption. Alternatively, you can swap the Cerulean Hidden Tear for the Strength-Knot Crystal Tear to increase strength.
• You can use a mix between the Raptors Black Feathers as it is a great armor piece that strengthens jump attacks and the Ruler’s Mask to increase faith by 2 or the Cloth Garb to increase faith by 1, alternatively just use Maliketh’s armor as it is amazing looking and solid armor. 
• Use the Shard of Alexander as it is one amazing talisman that increases weapon art damage by 15%.
• Equip the Sacred Scorpion Charm to increase faith.
• Radagons Soreseal can be used early on for those extra levels but later on, it should be replaced with Erdtrees Favor + 2 which will increase HP by 4%, increase stamina by 9.6% and equip load by 8%.
• The last talisman should be the Claw talisman as it increases damage from jump attacks, but you can equip anything you want in your arsenal.
• For incantations also use Bestial Sling, Bestial Vitality, Beast Claw, Stone of Gurranq, and Gurranq’s Beast Claw, as you will be busy with a Gurranq/Maliketh build.
