A war ravages the Kingdom of Ehb. The peace that has been preserved for 400 years by the 10th Legion is broken. Death and chaos now plagues the lands as Jeyne Kassynder, daughter of the former King of Ehb leads her army against the 10th Legion. She has hunted down and killed most of the Legionnaires, and only a few remain alive.

As one of the remaining Legionnaire's, you must unite and rebuild the Legion into a formidable force, and retake the Kingdom from Jeyne Kassynder, before all is lost.

So we have a game, that has the elements to be that amazing RPG, Dungeon Crawler, Awesome Story and Adventure the like's of which you haven't seen since Diablo first came out and even more, you can actually play with your friend sitting next to you. Shame this wasn't it.

Dungeon siege III doesn't occupy the top of the tables as far as the best hack and slash RPG genre goes.but it certainly isnt bad. The story entails uniting the Legion to mount a resistance against the impending doom. The game-play is quite standard with repetitive abilities and not a lot of variety in equippable items and weapons. Considering the short amount of play time required and fairly good music and character designs, it is a decent game to say the least.
