Traffic will be less but some areas will not function efficiently at night. Similarly, during the daytime, traffic will be more but most areas will be functioning at peak efficiency.

After Dark adds on to the original game and features the new day and night cycle, all new buildings, policies, district specializations and visual enhancements.
