Bioshock Infinite follows the story of ex Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt who takes on a job from the Lutece Twins to clear his hefty gambling debt. He is tasked by the twins to find a girl named Elizabeth and bring her to New York unharmed. To find her, Booker must go to "Columbia", a floating city located above the skies of North America.

As he reaches the city, Booker discovers that he is a wanted man by Zachary Comstock, the founder of Columbia and is being hunted by the Columbian Police. In his mission to find Elizabeth and bring her to New York, Booker must not only outwit the police, but also the Vox Populi who are staging a violent revolution against the Comstock government. Luckily, Booker has a powerful arsenal of weapons available to him throughout the game including the Barnstormer RPG, Triple R Machine Gun, and Bird's Eye Sniper Rifle. Take control of Booker as you race through the flamboyant city of Columbia with enemies hot on your heels, and uncover a shocking conspiracy that will change Booker's life forever.

Warning: Spoilers I knew this would be a good game, but I did not think it would be this good. Days after I played the game and the DLC's the whole ending(s) still was playing in my head. I'm very impressed.

I loved this game. I was never interested in the Bioshock games until I decided to try this one and it was well-worth it. I loved every second of it.

I typically can't handle FPS games - they make me nauseous as heck. But I couldn't put my controller down for Infinite. I loved everything about it - the setting, the story, the characters... Although it is a part of the Bioshock series, it doesn't feel too much like it's predecessors - which I really enjoyed, since the games before were good, but didn't engage me quite the same way.

I enjoyed the game it was a lot of fun, but its one of those games that after you made it to the ending of the game its a dust collector on a shelf full of games never to be played again

"Bring us the girl and wipe away the debt" are the words haunting you, Booker DeWitt, the main protagonist. Bioshock Infinite is set in Columbia, a fictional city in the clouds where all seems to be so perfect for the first 40 minutes into the game. But then, you find out you are the False Prophet which is the absolutely worst thing that could happen. Without giving away any spoilers, I should mention that the story, presentation, the graphics powered by Unreal Engine 3 are top notch quality. Back to the story, Booker is searching for a girl locked in a tower named Elizabeth, a task given by two mysterious people on a small boat. She has special time traveling powers, and without giving too much away, the game makes you THINK a lot about the various possibilities and actions that we can take and the consequences that follow them. Being a First Person Shooter, Bioshock Infinte, the third entry in the series, is packed with bullets flying around from your guns, Vigors, which are enhancements to your left hand making you shoot fireballs, crows and various powers from it. The shooting mechanics are well done as well as the environments that surrounds you. If you like a well executed, beautiful plot and find out who Zachary Hale Comstock really is (what you say) then play it! Definitely recommended.

What a game it is! full of thrill and suspense ranging from entering the city to save the girl which is located on the 9th cloud, to find his own conspiracy of living. He indulges with tonnes of difficulties but he surely copes up with all and finds Elizabeth and bring her back down, pay his debt with full dignity and giving the message to young generation that: " Come what may! Never ever turn the back around the difficulties and hardships you face." I would definitely have one such masterpiece in my games wallet. for Bioshock Infinite.

This game ... is ... amazing. I've loved everything about this experience from the most amazing scenery in modern gaming to the original and lovable vigor powers. It took me a day and a half to finish it and I have to say that was the best experience I had in a while. A game so immersive that it's gonna keep you up at night 10/10.

bioshock infinite continues to keep the player on his toes, and never leaves a dull moment. theres a large intricate story wrapped up in the game play. the story line is a fluid progression through the entire gameplay and theres plenty of twists and turns for even the pickiest of gamers.

Bioshock Infinite continues keeping a great gameplay in a world that is full of design and rich characteristics. It’s the fusing between a great action movie and an involving story that will make you wanna play until the end to know what happens to Booker and Elizabeth.

after being underwater for 2 games long,at first it is a little bit hard to get used to be in a city over the clouds. But since it takes just a bit more than 10 minutes to get in a fight in which it's you against the police force of the city you get used to it surprisingly fast.the games gives player almost every type of satisfaction (gameplay, story, characters etc.) so,it doesn't matter what you expect from a game ,bioshock:infinite has it and from every angle it's a must play

Bioshock Infinite had a heavy legacy to honor, trying not to disappoint fans of the first game. And it delivered, in a way that's absolutely brilliant, combining both new ways of storytelling and innovative gameplay, even taking graphics and visuals to another level. It's a masterpiece in form of a videogame.

Having loved the first two Bioshocks, I was a little dubious about the setting that Infinite moved us to, but I was pleased to see a well-structured floating city with great level design. The story really won me over though with one of my favourite endings of a video game.

Infinite delivers what gamers expect from Bioshock. An experience perfectly balanced halfway between an action movie and a story-driven piece of historical fantasy. The AI of Elizabeth and inhabitants of Columbia make the floating city come to life, while the gritty combat remains just challenging enough to feel rewarding. Easily a must-play.

When it first released, it seemed as if nobody was capable of saying anything bad about Bioshock Infinite. To do anything less than rave about it seemed impossible. To truth is, Bioshock Infinite was not a good game when it was released, and time has done nothing to change that. The game is a spectacle, no doubt about that. The vistas and set pieces in this game are quite good, but beneath the veneer there is a mediocre shooter. The original Bioshock, it has to be said, didn't have great gunplay either, but it was saved by the unforgettable setting. Columbia is a crass cartoon compared to Rapture, less interesting precisely because it is trying very very hard to show you how interesting it thinks it is. There's a lot to see, but not a lot to learn. The story, while certainly a cut above most video game narratives (a backhanded compliment if ever there was one), is still pulp: there are genuinely moving moments, but the cerebral, quantum-universe stuff doesn't feel earned. The first Bioshock was a sea change (pun intended) for the narrative first person shooter. It was far from perfect, but much of what it set out to do was absolutely stunning. Bioshock Infinite, on the other hand, is little more than a glorified blockbuster, that plays less well than the big-budget shooters its predecessor was such an escape from. Just play the original again.

Who doesn't like injecting strange and mysterious chemicals into there body to see if they gain new and exciting powers, but like the chemicals we inject in real life the fun soon wears off and leaves you in a 1 bedroom apartment on a mattress covered in bodily fluids curled up in the foetal position which kind of makes me feel the same way as this game, sure it's fun and exciting for the first couple of times you play but soon it leaves you feeling bitter and empty, we all know this game could have been so much more but we'll take it as it is because we just want that next fix. Overall we play the game and enjoy it, we may even be drawn back to it like the addicts we are but we won't be doing it out of joy.

Welcome to a city in the sky where the Founding Fathers are worshiped as gods and you can shoot crows at the police with your hand. The story brings up some interesting ideas concerning society, idealism, quantum physics, and even the fabric of reality in an exciting narrative with incredible twists. The gameplay is about what you'd expect, aside from the Vigors (Plasmids), which offer strong variety in the way the player can approach combat. This is a fantastic game, I highly recommend it!

Bioshock Infinite is a complicated beast. Its characters are great, its world is beautiful, its story is interesting, and its mechanics are fun, and yet something about this game still holds it back from Bioshock greatness. The game sees the players living the same encounters over and over again, with a very limited number of ability and weapons, leaving the game repetitious. But the slog of the gameplay is worth it for the unique and engaging storyline.

Bioshock Infnite stands head and shoulders above it's predecessors (an achievement, considering the quality of the previous Bioshocks) with engaging, deep storytelling and gameplay that can keep you coming back for more. Bioshock Infinite chronicles the story will take you through a mind-bender, and make you feel wonder. I would rate this as one of the few 'must play' games in the last decade.

Bioshock Infinite stands as the greatest achievement in video gaming for its year. After a riveting first and second game, Irrational games has managed to keep the series fresh by instead going miles above the clouds instead of under the sea. The games overall theme was satisfactory, but what really made this game wonderful was how, instead of trying to be too creative, the developers created a work similar to the greatest examples of prose; evoking feelings in the player such as hatred, love,

wonder, and pride. All of these emotions are tied up beautifully in the stellar graphics this game was able to produce, even if it is cartoon-esque.

Look no further if you want a hell of a story. The BioShock series converts technology and thrills into art. BioShock Infinite gives you a story as worthy as literature. The combat is comfortable to master and is cinematic-looking. Even the DLCs are vital to getting the full experience of this magnificent game. Buy it and play it.

After playing through the first two Bioshock games I finally began Infinite. Despite knowing the ending I was still deeply immersed in the story. Immediately I was blown away by the graphics. It is obvious hundreds of hours went into the design of the costumes, cities, and environments. The gameplay was comfortable and I enjoyed Emily's helpfulness in combat and the voice acting is masterful. The campaign was short, but so packed full that I cannot complain!

"Old is gold" this kind of feeling you might get from this game, although this is o of the newest release. Very unique storyline and gameplay with vintage graphical representation. It's both fun and exhilarating. Feels awesome when you can go for an adventure that can only be perceived by your fantasy.

I found BioShock infinite rather soothing and easy to get into. I loved how a new world unveils before the player and I personally would not have minded if those long walks around the city in the start lasted through the whole game. Yes, I must say - combat made this whole experience less fun for me. It was as if the combat itself was pushed. I am not saying that it was poorly done, but the game is so beautiful it just did not need combat in my opinion.

Bioshock Infinite was hard at first to get into, I'll admit that. The vagueness of it in the beginning was off-putting to me, but I'm glad I stuck it through. This game puts space-age technology into the hands of americans in the 1920's. It very much reflects lots of ideals being thrown around at the time and just adds the interesting technology on top.

With Bioshock Infinite, Irrational Games ha managed to capitalize on the series' strong points, offering an intense, engaging and extremely emotional experience that will surely satisfy both newcomers and old fans of the franchise.

Bioshock infinite is truly on a level all its own, with the familiarity of FPS but unique in every other aspect makes you totally immersed in the world known as Columbia. Even though some people complain the campaign is too short, there was so much detail put into it that you can play this game multiple times and still find new elements that add to the richness of the story.

Bioshock Infinite reinvents the franchise in a gorgeous sky skimming and gravity defying adventure. The visual beauty of the game is only outdone by its masterfully crafted story which will leave you hard pressed to put down the controller once underway.

An absolutely beautifully made game, Bio-shock infinite is one of those games you really should play on a high end PC. The game world is vibrant and alive with some of the best art and story direction in a FPS to date. You don't necessarily need to play the earlier installments, as it is kind of a stand alone game that sucks you in even if you are unfamiliar with the Bio-shock universe. Highly recommended.

Third in line in the BioShock series, BioShock Infinite will bend your perception of time and space. There are no coincidences in this blast back to the past shooter RPG and no detail is given that does not play a major role in shaping this amazing story. But when you think you've figured out just what is going on, a new twist in the plot is awaiting behind the next door.
