Oswald Mandus is a wealthy industrialist who has recently returned from a disastrous expedition in Mexico. After waking up from a fever, he finds himself in a large, empty house, hearing the voices of his sons calling out to him. As Oswald follows the voices, he discovers terrifying creatures stalking the very halls he is in.

Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs takes players into a world of horror reaching both into the stinking floors, and into the depths of corrupt minds, as players find a sinister machination, and fight to put an end to it.
